Ian
has 37 years business, financial and consulting experience.
Having headed an 850 person division in financial services,
Ian has held various accounting and CFO positions in a
variety of industries. He has completed numerous financial
and strategic business plans, completed interim and annual
financial reports and filed corporate, self-employed and
individual tax returns.
As a consultant he has helped raise funds for numerous
companies, has assisted in the sale of companies and prepared
companies for going public. He has helped organize high-growth
businesses by planning and implementing organizational
structure, hiring staff, putting in place a plan of organization,
job descriptions and standards of performance.
Ian has an MBA from the University of Toronto, is a Fellow
of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) and is a graduate
of the Canadian Securities Course. |
